The pool and outdoor area was exceptional. We didn’t find the location hard to get around, but we are used to walking. It’s about a 15 - 20 minutes walk to restaurants / bars etc. The villas are quiet and comfortable, which we enjoyed. The outlay of the villa was excellent and having two bedrooms was great. The hosts are extremely prompt, friendly, honest, approachable and any issues quickly sorted. The host was extremely informative with suggestions for eating and places to visit.
We visited the hosts wife restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed beautifully cooked Thai dishes. Everything was sourced locally grown and for me, I thoroughly enjoyed the extra vegetables and all dishes were so flavoursome .
The villas do require regular maintenance, which seems to be an issue throughout all of Thailand. The villas could do with ant bates and mosquito coils and some minor repairs which the host advised was to be sorted after our departure.

Velmi moderně vybavená vila se soukromým bazénem. Vše čisté a funkční. Příjemné překvapení byla mísa s ovocem jako pozornost majitele. Perfektní informování pomocí WA (téměř denně zpráva o tom, že se něco děje - v našem případě problém s vodou na celém ostrově a prosba o neplýtvání, nabídka pomoci s výletem nebo že se již blíží odjezd).
Trochu nekomfortní byla potřeba zaplatit skutečnou útratu za elektřinu v hotovosti (ale to jsme věděli předem a nechali si dostatečnou rezervu, navíc částka byla naprosto v pohodě (za necelý týden asi 500 kč). Do ubytování bych dodala věšák na sušení ručníků a k absolutní dokonalosti pračku:-)

The hosts gave us a warm welcome and explained things about the property well. The property itself is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The hosts were always ready to help and even gave us recommendations of what to do on the island. We had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommended it to everyone else
