Amazing breakfast included in the price, super friendly staff on reception, the bathrooms are always spotless throughout the day. Easy bus into the city, cute garden to sit in the sunshine, kitchen is cleaned every day and has everything you need. All the pluses! Overall I love this hostel and stay here every time I come to Bern!

The staff was amazing: check-in and check-out were quick and easy, they stored my bags for free before and for the rest of the day after my stay, and were kind enough to wait for me when I arrived late. A free public transport pass for Bern was provided for the duration of the stay. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the common areas, the kitchen, and dining area were all very nice. The room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Overall, a wonderful stay! Definitely recommend!

Some beds in Room 402 are really squeaky so these noices really disrupted my sleep.
