Brilliant from start to finish. Excellent location- walking distance to the castle & shops. Magnificent roomy bathrooms & comfortable beds- a winning combination. We stayed in for dinner & decided to go out for breakfast as much for a change of scenery if anything. We did our research & decided eating at the hotel was the best option. Great price & plenty of options. The staff were helpful, carrying our bags up the stairs, able to volunteer lots of information & keen to help us in every way without being intrusive. Keep up the great work.

The room was really nice

Location was great, really close to the centre. Room was quiet (apart from bathroom fan)

Bathroom had bad drain smell and bath fan was very loud and long. Mattress wasn’t the comfiest for us personally and the bed frame was very oddly shaped for the space, we kept stubbing toes and couldn’t lean back against the headboard for reading before bed ect. Breakfast was standard chain breakfast, nice but nothing to write home about.
