A piece of paradise on Panglao

It is wonderful from beginning to end. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff is kind and helpful. Everything is very clean. It had good hot water, a great ductless air conditioner and a fan also. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. There was a nice covered porch area to relax in privacy and the wi-fi was very strong

The only possible downside is the location. There is very little in the way of stores or restaurants nearby.

Quiet and peaceful getaway

The location is near enough to beach access with a scooter but tucked away enough for peace and tranquility. Very comfortable bed and large room for the price. Early check in was no problem. The two doggos were very friendly and always wanting a stroke and attention 🤭 Great very strong WiFi signal. Would definitely return and stay again.

The water from the shower and biday had a rotten smell egg smell to it.

Une belle guesthouse entourée de belles plantes, au calme mais proche de tout.

Très agréable bungalow dans la verdure, au calme à seulement 2 ou 3 km d'une belle plage (seulement des touristes Philippins) et de divers restaurants. Alona n'est qu'à 6-7 km mais on est bien ici. Patronne sympa et qui ne cherche qu'à aider.

La moto est indispensable mais de toute façon, si on veut découvrir Bohol, il en faut une et la guesthouse en loue des bonnes pas trop chères .

Chambre agréable avec terrasse dans un beau jardin

Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse. Eau potable chaude et froide à disposition, avec sachets de thé ou café. Petit déjeuner simple. La plage est à vingt cinq minutes à pieds environ, et il y a un salon de massage à mi chemin (très bien) Accueil très sympathique

Prístup majiteľky nebol vobec dobry. Pozor, v ubytovaní sa platí v hotovosti, len PHP, nie ako sme to mali s pani emailom odkomunikované že mozme platit EURO/DOLAR, len nie kartou. Ráno pri raňajkách sme otvárali oči: raňajky boli kusok toustového chleba, jedno varené vajce a dva kúsky papáje. Po sťažnosti nám namosúrene pani majiteľka urobila praženú ryžu. Po iné dni raňajky boli od 8:00 , no stáli na stole prikryté cca od 6:30, samozrejme vzdy sme ich mali studené. Pani majiteľka nebola vobec ústretová - peniaze za pobyt uz mala, tak asi len chcela prežiť našu prítomnosť.

Great Value option in Panglao.

This is a great value option for Panglao. The family are lovely, the room we stayed in was spacious, it was easy to relax there. We rented a scooter from the family to explore the Island. It is about 10 mins from Alona beach by scooter. This review is for a room that costs for a week what many others cost for a night & should be read in that context.

The family are let down by their neighbours, it was very noisy on a couple if nights by awful & loud Karaoke but at least it finished by 10.

Just what I needed

Great hosts and breakfast. Plenty of fresh drinking water and available moto rental.

My room was hard to cool. They moved me to another that was fine.

Great and quiet accommodation on Panglao

Very nice and spacious room with a good bathroom that’s not the typical wet bathroom. The AC and WiFi both worked great and we loved the quiet location that’s still quite close to the main town by scooter. The staff was very friendly. There was free drinking to refill water bottles. They offered a nice small breakfast buffet in the morning that was also vegetarian friendly.

The only think I could complain about is that the breakfast buffet was almost empty on two out of four days even though we ate over an hour before the end of breakfast time, so we kinda only got the leftovers that other guests didn’t eat. But overall we would definitely recommend the accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Fantastic stay

We had a lovely stay at Pitaya. We were made to feel very welcome and the property had everything we needed for a perfect stay. In a great location as away from the madness of Alona Beach but still close by. Beautiful beach. Very peaceful/local area

Great stay & great hosts!

We had an amazing experience at Pitaya. Great hosts, polite, friendly and very accomodating. Happy to help with any request you may have. Beautiful garden, great place to relax. Spacious room and very confortable bed. Everything was clean! You need a motorbike but you need it anyway if you want to visit the island. We visited the chocolate Mountains which was great. We ordered dinner every day at their place for a good price and great taste. Very much recommended!

Hotel Farm Excellent!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The scooter is expensive. but I don't mind of this issue.

Exceeds my expectations

Friendly and accommodating staff, nice hotel lobby are very spacious to accommodate huge guest and it has a very good location, foods are OK , the romantic set up of the room, highly recommended for any occasions personal or corporate purposes.

Construction noises on the next door of the property. but I don't mind at all

Native Hotel Best!

I stayed at Pitaya for three nights last week. What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view over Pitaya. The rooms were big for Pitaya standards. I can’t complain about this hotel. All of the facilities were clean and modern.

Pitaya has small number of rooms. wish they could have add more of it.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The property only has 5 rooms available. I am planning to bring groups here, it will not be enough.

I would like to thank the staff of this wonderful accomodation for welcoming us. They provided us with the most hospitable accomodation experience because this is my first time here in Bohol. Special mention to Ma'am Imelda and their Hospitable host, Jon.

BEST FARM HOTEL!

The property is clean and quiet, their rooms has hot and cold shower, WIFI, and a place to enjoy our food and drinks. The staffs are friendly and welcoming too. I would highly recommend to everyone to check this place out.

Exceptional

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, all we can say is that they exceeded our expectation. They're very accommodating and kind on our needs since day 1 til our flight.Also, they have a freebies ( peanut kisses, coffee and DRAGON FRUIT) John also let us experienced dragon fruit picking. Overall, Our stay here feels like we are at HOME.♥️

We wish we can stay here longer. 😔

It was a lovely room. I was so happy that the owners are very accomodating. they gave us free coconut drinks, and dragon fruit as well.

It is too far away from other places. You need a scooter to drive from your favorite places.

Great stay!

We loved the layout of the area inside the guest houses and garden. Quiet location but still very close to where all the busy areas and beaches are. You can choose to relax here or be part of the tourists spots. You can also hire a moped from the staff. Hiring was hassle free and a must if you really want to explore the island independently. The staff here was great, polite and very helpful with what we needed. Nothing was ever a problem.

Our only issue was down to us as we didn’t book a long enough stay!!
