The communication with the owner.
The WiFi didn't work at the time of our visit because there were some repairs going on on the road.

The location was great, not too far from city centre.
It was close to plenty of halal eateries and grocery stores.
The staff was accommodating.
Bathroom was very clean !
Steaming hot shower in winter ❤️
Thick warm blankets and duvet.
I had my own space and privacy ( hardly bumped into anyone )
Lady in the room next door kept slamming her room door and stomp walking late night. It wasn’t the accommodation’s fault though.

bathrooms, kitchen and terrace were decent and clean. location was not bad - easy to reach from city centre.
all else felt very comfortless. I’m backpacker, not used to require a lot of comfort - only very basic things, but here I felt a noticeable lack of that.
Paid AC. room was stuffy and difficult to ventilate, also unsafe - window wasn’t closing properly, so impossible to leave important things in that room safely.
