Charming, old world atmosphere. Oldest structure in the city of Ortona. Extremely well-located. Major advantage: excellent, consistent air-conditioning, which is not the norm in Europe, and we were in town during a series of 90+ degrees days. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value. Walkable to most of central Ortona. Across from scenic Adriatic overlooks. Car or taxi ride to the Lido Riccio beaches.
The continental breakfast offerings were unchanging from day-to-day, and variety would have been appreciated. Cabinet-style shower stall - small and one of the two sliding doors did not operate properly.

Great location and very clean facilities. Had a nice breakfast.
Lack of communication around checking in, which lead to confusion with which room was allocated to us.

Clean. Modern well located
Owner- very poor breakfast. No offer of a second coffee. Distracted with granddaughter who was always shutting off lights and commanding the host’s attention.
