The location is generally good, however you might opt for a quieter place further south on the beach, since the premises are always rather crowded (especially on weekends). Most dive shops are reachable with a short walk on the beach.
The room featured a shower and a toilet inside, which is not a given in many properties.
The price makes the property worthwhile for a short stay in Dauin.
Inadequate noise isolation, especially for a popular place like this. You can hear customers and staff walking past your room in the night and early morning.
The staff is quite unfriendly and inattentive. They make you ask extra for basics like cutlery.
Their food is rather subpar. We were served a tiny bangus, almost twice smaller than at any other place, and a poorly made lechon. Never used the restaurant afterwards.
They use Starlink for Internet, so expect a lot of hiccups, not good for working.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. We loved the proximity of Ceasar's to the Dauin Marine Sanctuary where it was easy to snorkel off the beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had some Wi-Fi reception. The bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. They also had a drying rack in the corridor area for us to dry out our gear. We were also grateful for the onsite restaurant. They have some dining tables under the trees and that was a nice setting to enjoy the seaview and meals. The food is also pretty good.
We tried our best to rinse off the black sand from our feet after our snorkels or dives before heading to the rooms so the staircase and corridors stay (relatively) sand free but there's no easy way to do this from the outdoor shower area. That said, the staff were more than happy to help us out with a broom to keep the place clean.

Great location right on the beach, very close to marine sanctuary for amazing snorkelling. You can sit on the beach and watch the sunset with some beers and eat breakfast there too. The a/c was quiet and worked well.
The room had some issues. The shower holder was broken so was quite difficult to shower and the bathroom door was also broken and would not close at all (a bit awkward when you are sharing a room and need privacy). The water from the tap and shower smelt a bit off.
