Location is excellent, just a 5min walk down to the beach. The place is very clean, has everything you need for a stay in Brela. The host is very lovely, very kind and helpful with any inquiry, makes you feel very welcome!

Nice, clean, close to a shop and beach. Terrace with sea view

Very nice and clean. Close to a shop and very nice not so crowded beautiful beach. Our room didn’t have any big windows or a view, but we could relax on a big terrace with the sea view.

Just excellent

Simple room but very clean and fresh with cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, cold water and even a cheesecake. Bathroom seemed newly renovated compared to room and was modern and most importantly clean. Common area was the epitome of the whole house. Flowers were pink, furniture was elegant and sturdy. Ground level private parking was great and easy to park in as well (not common for Brela)

The bathroom didn't have toiletries apart from toilet paper.

Awesome location in marvelous town

Great location, awesome town with nice restaurants nearby and super friendly and helpful hostess Neda. Sea and beaches are very close - just 5 minutes walk down the stairs. We arrived by bus from Split to Brela, and the road down to town from the bus stop and up back was pretty long and uphill, but Neda and her nephew were very generous and gave us a ride. Very clean and spacious rooms with cleaning done every day. Perfect for a seaside vacation, we can not recommend more. Thank you so much for a great time in a marvelous town!

Amazing stay with a great host.

It was very well located and well taken care of. The apartment was spacious and has a nice balcony with seaview. Our host made sure we have a great stay and gave great recommendations! I would highly recommend visiting here when in Brela.

Superb

Parking available in front of the house. Very nice views from the terrace and close to the beach. supermarket also close by. In summer it would be a nice place to chill. The host also provided with some goodies.

Best sunsets of our lives! Loved it!

We really loved the apartment!! Neda was super kind, she was very helpful, always offering assistance if needed. We were received with cold beer and water in the fridge, and with vanilla cake as dessert for our last night. We stayed in the "Comfort Triple Room with Shower". The apartment was large, with a huge and comfy bed. The AC and wi-fi worked perfect! There was also cleaning service for the room. Private parking right at the apartment. Very well located, 5 mins walking to the beach. But, the best part was the private balcony and the amazing views of Brela, the sea, and the bests sunsets we have ever seen. After a day in the beach, there was nothing better than going back to the apartment, sit on the balcony with a cold beer, and enjoy the sunset. Loved it!! Thanks Neda for a lovely vacation. We will be back for sure!!

The onlyyy thing missing was a kitchen, or at least a cooker. We had to go out for dinner or order food every night. However, the no-kitchen is hugely compensated by the apartment, service, balcony and views. For us wasn't an issue at all, but just to keep in mind.

it was very close to the beach, it was very relaxing and quiet area. walkable to the center for lunch or dinner. there is a supermarket within a club of walk.

Everything! Clean apartment, whole house including garage was super-tidy. Amazing view with a few steps to the beach, bars and shops. It is not mentioned in the description, but there is also shared tableware & glasses that are washed-up & ready for use every morning/evening 👌 And finally, the owner is fantastic, nice & friendly woman!

The seaview and balcony was amazing. Great sunsets and nearby the beach, but not in the center, center of tourism. The host was very nice and warm with us and she welcomed us with joy. Well cleaned and clean new bathroom. For those who stay longer there is a lot of space for clothes like chest of drawers, wardrobes etc.

Pity that the sink for the toilet was in the bedroom/livingroom.

Beautiful location with great views close to Beaches shops and restaurants, accommodation is excellent. Host Nade is second to none from giving us water beer and delicious local cake on arrival, a fountain of local information and dropping us to the bus stop she could not have done more for us and would highly recommend a stay if you are in Brela.

Owner (Nade) was very friendly Fabulous views overlooking Brac with amazing sunsets Free parking and excellent location for restaurants and bars Everything was very clean We were staying for my girlfriend's birthday and Nade put balloons, flowers and chocolates in the room to make it special

Our accommodations with its view was perfect for a great stay in Brela.

The location was perfect! Breakfast was not included. However, our hostess gave us free drinks in our refrigerator and brought us a warm treat she had just prepared upon our arrival. Her genuine hospitality was amazing!

Everything was beyond our expectations. I cannot think of anything I didn’t like. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great room in beautiful Brela

A superb location nearby local (& beautiful!!) beaches. Neda was such an accommodating, wonderful host with a fantastic property! Our room was spotless on arrival and the terrace is wonderful, the view of the ocean was beyond spectacular & completely exceeded our expectations. Definitely a great place to stay in Brela!

We did have a slight issue with the shower fixture which detached from the wall as soon as the shower was turned on. Wasn’t too much of a problem! The room seems quite small at first but it is perfect size for a couple!

Superb Holiday.

We come to Brela for 20 years. I have known many hosts and apartments over the years and Neda's was the best one so far. The room has a unique and beautiful view but Neda herself made our vacation superb, since she made us feel like we were at home. She was always nice, polite, helpful and made us many small presents like drinks and food. Next time in Brela, we'll come back here for sure. We can recommend it without any doubt.

We had a fantastic stay at Nedas apartments. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Neda was a fantastic host who did not only treat us with some Croatian snacks, but also wine and a great smile. We had been travelling for quite a while so Neda even offered to help us out with our laundry. Overall a great stay, would definitely come back.

We’ve been there two times already and everything was perfectly fine! The apartment is located around 3 minutes from the beach. Rooms are clean, views from the terrace were amazing so be sure to book a room with a sea view. The owner is really kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, highly recommend to stay here.

Me and my wife really enjoyed staying here. The guesthouse and Brela itself were simply amazing - nice walk to the beach with crystal clear water, lots of restaurants and fresh air. The place is clean, comfy and there is a cool terrace, where you can have a drink and spectate the sea. Also, there are a small kitchen in the apartment, where you can cook something (we did not cook though, because of restaurants). The bathroom was clean and we had anything we might need there. Nice supermarket just in 2 minutes by feet. Neda, the owner, were really hospitable and did her best to make our stay perfect. I hope we will get back there again someday.

I wish wi-fi speed could be better. But as I see, it's a common issue in Croatia. Nevertheless, you'll have solid 4G there almost everywhere.

Cozy room with an amazing view. The host is so kind and friendly. She left water and beers in the fridge and even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard. The supermarket is 2 minutes from the house and the nearest beach is 5 minutes. We would love to stay here again.

Great views, great owner, great location!

Great views from the room (we had a sea view double room). Cleaned daily. The owner, Neda was very helpful & kind. She greeted us with pie, offered a bottle of wine & transport to the bus stop when we were leaving, accepted a very late checkout. We had a great time there & the owner really went above & beyond the standards! The room was actually very close to the beach & city center (3 minutes down, 8 minutes up - you have to climb some stairs - the city is made like that), but it wasn't that bad. Totally acceptable. There's a market & ATM just around the corner too. Overall very good value for money! Highly recommended!!! :)

The bathroom could definitely use a fan. Some furniture parts could soon use an update, but they're totally acceptable for now :)

We were happy to stay in Mate Ledic Apartments. Fantastic sea view, perfect large terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Very clean apartment. Amiable hostess. Complimentary drinks on arrival :)

It's a small thing, but there was no hairdryer in the apartment.
