Great location, just a few minutes walk to the centre and even less to the train station
Accommodation has private parking space.
Everything was clean and tidy.
Lovely balcony with table and chairs and great views.

The location was great, very central to most places we visited.
The light sensor on the hallway light was really frustrating. Any little thing would set it off. I’d recommend the owner to remove it. We had some very hot nights and couldn’t sleep with the doors closed but if anybody had to use the bathroom the light would turn on and wake us.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung, die Lage der Ferienwohnung war gut.
Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartung erfüllt.
So denn, wäre dem Wohlfühlen nichts entgegengestanden, wenn auch die Hausgemeinschaft den Normalbereich bevorzugt hätte.
Das hat sich leider nicht bewahrheitet.
Jeden Morgen ab spätestens 7 Uhr war vom Treppenhaus Kindergeschrei über längere Zeit laut und deutlich zu hören. Am Wochenende sogar über die Tageszeit bis abends.
Anhaltendes Hundegebell im Treppenhaus ergänzte oftmals diese Situation.
Sonntagnachmittag wurde immer wieder auf die Tastatur eines Klaviers geschlagen.
Wegen klopfender und hämmernder Abrissarbeiten und belegter Garageneinfahrt haben wir uns entschlossen, die Ferienwohnung frühzeitig zu verlassen.
Vielleicht hat es uns dieses Mal unerwünschte Widrigkeiten, die in einer FeWo stecken können, erwischt.
Trotzdem!
Da möchte Ullrich mit mehreren Hinweisschildchen für Ruhe sorgen. Der Rest im Haus scheint sich nicht um die Hausordnung zu kümmern.
Warum musste solch eine permanent ausufernde Unruhe stattfinden? … handelt es sich um „Neidhammelei“, welche dafür sorgte, dass es unangenehm ungemütlich wird!
Dadurch - alles in allem - war der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Salvator Schwäbisch Gmünd für uns keine Erholung.
Keinem Feriengast ist solch ein Aufenthalt zu wünschen.
