The hotel property is really beautiful and well maintained and the rooms are quite large. We loved that bottles of water were offered to us every time we got back from somewhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at the Nanavida property in CDMX where bread and coffee was free so we assumed(and the guy at the reception told us that breakfast was complimentary) that breakfast was included. Unfortunately it was not and we were presented with a bill for the breakfast at the end of our stay even though on a couple of days my wife just drank coffee. Maybe something to note that breakfast is charged extra

This hotel is wonderful, an oasis in the heart of Oaxaca. From the moment we checked in we were well looked after by the extremely friendly and hospitable staff. It is a gorgeous setting with beautiful art throughout the public areas and the rooms. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot.
The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental.
