I will never return to Residential Hispaniola or Tony Villa 102

The house was nice.

Where do I start. I stayed at Residential Hispaniola before and had the same problem. Apparently the owners that use their properties must have issues with renter. Security came to inform us we had complaints of laughing coming from the pool. 3 ppl was in the pool at the time. Then the next day Security came said their was a noise complaint while we were sitting on the back patio and they tried to get me to sign a paper to say we was warned and the next complaint would have consequences. I didn't sign. Tony the owner was nice until he seen a money making opportunity. On the patio there was a round stone table leaning up against the wall next to a functional table and chair set. Why it was there, I have no idea. One day just myself and another person opened up the patio doors, came out onto the patio and started walking toward the lounge area which is in the opposite direction of the round table leaning against the wall. We heard a loud noise and turn around to see the table had fallen and broke 1 of the chairs. To show I wasn't hiding anything or being dishonest I took a photo without touching anything and sent it to Tony the owner. This is where over relationship turned. He later text me stated he doesn't believe the table fell on its own. The next day he sent someone out to the house to look at the damage. This person looked at the table and the chair but then checked all the chairs and found a chair on the total opposite side of the table and said this one was also damaged by the fallen table. I get a text message from Tony the owner to say he got report on the table, chairs, a lost key, and multiple broken glasses. I lost my key, I reported that. I'm speaking to the house keeper and she is saying 3 glasses are missing. She also was saying the glasses was set. 1/2 hour before the office close I'm informed I need to go to the office. What I found out is I'm being shook down for money.

Location was excellent if you have a hired driver to take you everywhere. Also, enjoyed the private Villa with own outdoor pool was very refreshing. We hired a local chef who was excellent in preparing us BBQ with the provided grill that comes with the Villa.

Was suppose to have housekeeping but no one showed up. Was very disappointing because there were lack of towels and we find ourselves doing dishes and kitchen cleaning.
