Location was amazing and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were fantastic and super helpful. Very speedy responses to all questions.
Shower leaked and needed to use small showers to ensure all 9 of us had a hot one

Excellent location, perfectly located to walk anywhere in Puerto Banús. Beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything needed to make a great stay.

The location was right on the boardwalk and main area of town; sandy beaches nearby; could easily walk without a car. The beds were comfortable.
There were plenty of broken items that had not been properly repaired - the pocket doors to bathrooms were damaged; the towel racks barely stood-up; the towels were thread-bare; no kitchen towels or tablecloth (table had cheap plastic on top). One of the bedrooms had sewer gas smell; one bathroom had ants. At one time, I am sure it was a luxury apartment and it is sad to see others damaged items, but I do think the items need to be fixed when charging a luxury price. We did alert the host to these things. He said we could treat the ants. He did not send a maintenance person. Oh, the biggest bummer - the pools all had fences and red tape around them - even though it was reported to us they were year-round pools.
