This camping is part of the First Camp brand, they have campings all over Sweden, Norway and Denmark. This specific hotel is near the city center of Strömstad, to me one of the cosiest west coastal towns of Sweden.
From here, twice a day, you can take a Colourline ferry to Sandefjord, Norway, something I would recommend anyone having the time to do.
The camping itself has a very natural environment on the rocky hills overlooking the bay of Strömstad, you can also to the northern Skagerak sea which lies between Sweden, Norway and the northern tip of Denmark.
The staff are very friendly, always willing to help if anything is needed. They have a little shop and offer cycling rental during the summer months.
Besides from places for the camper or caravan, they also have cozy little and bigger vacation houses, so called Hytter. They are very recommendable. They are spacious, clean and the views are extraordinary.
If you ever want to experience life in nature, but still be close to a beautiful town with nice restaurants, go on a hike or bike tour, ànd maybe take a boat, then this camping is thé place to be.

Good accomendation close to Stömstad city center. Close to the beach and nature and a fair price.

The easy check in and check out
Outside town, very small cabins for the price.
Also the linen and cleaning cost extra which I think is ridiculous given the price of the cottage, but it seems to be a Swedish tradition to make guests make their own beds and clean after themselves even in hotels nd such.
The camp's located at the main road and therefore a bit noisy. Bathrooms were far from the cabin.
