The location is near to the tourist destinations
The CR doesn't have exhaust fan or window, so smell coming from the CR can pass through.

It is convenient and good place to sleep and relax after a roro trip at night from dumaguete and when you'd rather sleep than risk driving Oslob's hi way en route to the city..It is a lot safer to drive during the day, especially if you're with family.
Well at first, I felt the lady was kind of stand offish, but later on she was better.
