Great service at front desk especially Nancy who helped us to coordinate easy check in (even though our party members arrived at different timings and some late at night), switching rooms (as more of our friends arrived on different days) and even the check out. Great location, too. Highly recommend for big groups.
Everything was good but it would have been nice to have more than just 4 small boxes of water. Maybe a bottle which could be refilled if the property wants to be eco-friendly. Breakfast was also just okay, I would rather go out to eat. The coffee machine had a long line and was not that nice.

Hotel placed in a great area, with a great shopping mall. Before that visit visited many times for business and mostly liked it, but our last time was awful
