Me and my friend stayed over for the meteor shower and solar eclipse. Very beautiful views from the terraces. The animals additionally made the atmosphere even more relaxing and familiar (very cute baby camel :) ) .

Relaxed boutique hotel with lovely staff, owners and animals. You can meander over to their dromedaries and horses and down to the lake, and of course chill at their lovely pool.
Breakfast was lovely and two restaurants near by also had lovely lunch and dinner.
Since there are animals, there are some flies. But you can keep room doors closed and use the aircon.

This could be a great place if the staff would take care of details. In general the hotel is located in a quiet place, beautiful view, spacious rooms. But to stay in a hotel needs more than just a "nice facade". Our bed was full of hairs and the sheets were dirty, one pillow was even missing a case. The bathroom shower was broken, the mirror was so dirty, as if it never got cleaned before. The towels were smelling weird and looked as if they haven't been washed. The TV didn't work and when we asked someone to help us fixing the problem, the staff wasn't helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse was very nice. (Side note: Unfortunately no one cleaned the breakfast table of another couple, what resulted into a bee cluster. Around 200 bees were trying to finish the leftover-honey and died by not being able to get out of the bowl. After an hour you could watch a bee's funeral. An interesting spectacle, but also a pretty sad one.)
My suggestion: teach your staff to work professionally, and your clients will appreciate this place more.
