The lady preparing breakfast is very kind. It was quiet and the beds are ok.
Arriving late iat night, the room offered was straight towards the street which is very busy and to get a quieter room towards the garden we had to pay additional 15 usd per night, then the taxes. The overall price was confusing and i requested an invoice breaking down the whole pricing and taxes and am still waiting for it.
They did contacted me to tell me the room was towards the street which i missed with so many mails i received from them.
It is recommended to check all their mails or at least actively checking with them which room you are getting and also the exact price.
Also location wise it is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the center, but still doable.

Very nice staff and owner to answer questions and prepare breakfast.
Simple but nice breakfast.
Garden to sit outside.
The room could need some renovation.
Payment only possible with cash (unfortunately usual in Guatemala for accommodations).

Good value for money, nice little garden and terrace, clean, lovely and very friendly, helpful and flexible personnel. Not right in the center but within walking distance. We loved our stay here.

the backyard was really nice, breakfast was ok and the staff was extremely friendly :)
Our bin in the bathroom was not properly emptied, thereâs no ventilation in the bathroom and the windows are not equipped with a net against mosquitos.
