The most important part is that the apartment is clean and tidy! The bed was comfortable. The house has a private yard for parking, which is great if you're traveling by car, like us. The apartment doesn't have a kitchen, but still has some kitchenware like plates, glasses, a kettle, microwave and a fridge, which is nice. We just needed a place to spend the nights and we got enough for the price we payed :)
It was too cold during the first night of the two nights we spent there, really wanted some heating! On that day (26th of August) the temperature outside was only up to 20 degrees. The next day was much warmer outside (sunny and over 20 degrees), thus why it probably also was fine in the room during the night. The towel rack dryer also didn't work (it probably only works when the heating in the house is turned on). One of the two light sources inside the apartment didn't work. The shower head holder doesn't fit the shower head, thus you have to hold it yourself all the time. Also, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, less than 5 mbps on the download speed (upload was fine, though, which is weird).

Everything is clean and all necessities are provided. Free private parking on location.
Not going to lie, after reading the rules and the bad reviews I was a bit stressed, because our concert ended after the quiet hours, but we had no problems as four of us just came back, had quiet snacks & conversations while waiting for each to shower and went to bed. Seems to me, that as long as you respect the rules, you will have no problems whatsoever.
I booked through the app and got the confirmation email, but had no "upcoming booking" in the app. This happened for the first time time, so I was a bit stressed, but the owner answered all my emails and calls promptly and professionally.
You have to keep in mind, that this listing has photos from different apartments (of the same house). So you will not get everything that you see in the listed photos.

Taxi labai sunkei randa šią vietą , plius kai išsisakiau kambary per booking.com pirmą kartą kalbėjome su šeimininkais, ir man nepatiko klausimas , ką jūs galvojate čia 4dienas gyventi? Čia labai prastos sąlygos ir t.t. Na keista buvo girdėti nes pinigai jau buvo nuskaičiuoti

Тихое место, рядом магазин. Парковка находится рядом с домом. В комнате чисто, есть микроволновая печь, маленький электрочайник и необходимая посуда.
Микроволновая печь и чайник старые. На мой взгляд цена не соответствует заявленным удобствам. Все апартаменты очень маленькие.
