The apartment was spacious and in a great position! And Nilda was an amazing host who made herself available to answer any questions you had about things as to do in Split.

The property was in a perfect location in old town. So easy to find. The apartment has air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. The rooms are very spacious. The host were amazing! gave us local recommendations and were very responsive and communicative with any of our needs. Everything was perfect! 10/10 would book again when I come back to split!

The location is phenomenal! Right in the heart of the city and perfect for ducking back if needed, but remarkably quiet!!

The apartment has an excellent location in the heart of the Old Town. Everything is within walking distance, including many great restaurants, cafés, and shops. The host, Nilda, was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
Three of us stayed at the apartment for four nights. In our opinion, it is only suitable for two guests. The sofa bed downstairs was very uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain every morning after sleeping on it.
It was also very noisy, especially downstairs, as a lot of noise from outside could be heard. Sleeping without earplugs was almost impossible.
The biggest issue was the hot water. It only stayed hot for about 15 minutes, after which we had to wait before the next person could shower. When we mentioned this to the host, we were told it was because there were three of us. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, and the water took around 10 minutes to drain completely.
We even considered changing apartments, but since Split is very busy in July, we couldn’t find a better last-minute option.
Overall, I would not recommend this apartment for three people. It may be suitable for two guests, but it is definitely not comfortable or practical for three adults.
