Very close to local shops and the beach. Clean and tidy property. Lovely and friendly staff.

Loved the location and easy parking outside for free. Good WiFi signal. Lovely friendly staff. Views from the second floor amazing as long as you don’t mid the stairs.

The bed could have been more comfortable but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Great view and big room to spread out bags. Good tasty breakfast dealing dietary issues very well. Handy to shops and cafes. Great location for exploring further afield on train as station 5 min walk.

Walking up the stairs with bags but rewarded by Great 180 degree sea view. En suite compact.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

During my stay, I could clearly hear all activity from the rooms below with talking, a shower running at 11.45 p.m, and even snoring, all of which carried straight through the floor and kept me awake until around 1 a.m, on both nights. On the second night, a woman on the floor below had a loud argument with her son, including door‑slamming, which continued late into the evening. I messaged the manager, who replied initially to say he would try to resolve the issue, but I did not hear anything further. What concerned me most is that staff had already had issues with this particular guest the day before, yet she was still allowed to stay despite the disruption she clearly was causing. The hotel may suit some people, but the lack of soundproofing and poor noise management significantly affected my stay, unfortunately.
