Would be better if change name to HOMESTAY.

All the staff and dive master are very nice and helpful.

It is more like an expensive homestay, rather than a valuable resort. - no card, no USD. Local cash or bank transfer only. It IS a problem when you are diving. - it is a small place only 6 rooms. Not much chance to find other divers to share the boat. Renting a private boat is very pricy. Don’t recommend divers choose this one, even though it is called “diving resort. “ (there are other dive shops, the price includes the boat. ) - staff are very nice. But no service of a RESORT.

Laid back, cozy place for a simple, relaxing stay.

This is a cozy and chill resort, where you can relax and explore the coral reefs just by the resort. The staff is incredibly accomodating and friendly. This is not a pretentious or fancy place, but it is definitely cozy and laid-back. The location is great, both for snorkelling, as well as exploring other places nearby.

I think very simple changes can improve the experience significantly, for example, the pool beds are only good for lying down - there is no way to adjust the back and sit up, as well as there are no mattress/covers on the pool benches - if they would have been a bit more comfortable, the time by the pool would be more comfortable as well.

Great value for money, they can easily charge more for what they offer.

Tasty breakfast, free coffee, great location, reef right in front of the property, beautiful pool, shaded and sunny areas to relax and swim.

Unfortunately too many waves for kayaking in the afternoon but the staff advised against going out, keeping our safety in mind rather than their financial interest. Nothing bad to say about this resort :)

Very friendly staff, nice pool , chilled location, yummy food.

Bathroom had a really bad smell , wi fi not so good, rooms not very soundproof.

Good Location & Very Helpful Staff. The scuba diving experience was also very good.

- Unhygienic people allowed access to resort to sell their Chinese made cheap goods inside of the resort where I’d prefer to relax and be left in peace - Roosters Crowing Disrupts Sleep. - Room 5 Shower Drainage Smells Unpleasant and Moves around the room.

Great location and even better service.

The staff, especially Darlene and Esay, were great. We did not meet a staff member who did not greet us with a smile and made sure our stay was comfortable. They were all accommodating and gracious. Plus, the food was surprisingly good. The rooms are pretty basic but the service more than makes up for this.

We would have appreciated a bigger TV😊

Excelent resort with a great location

Quiet and beatifull resort with just 6 spacious rooms with very confortable beds. Friendly staff who's able to inform you and help you plan activities. Fair prices on the activities and rentals, we never felt we're being ripped off. Very good food in the restaurant, the best we've had in the area. Amazing coral reef just in front, more colourfull and alive than other places nearby (like Sepoc beach). Overhaul a great value for money, specially when compared to the 3x more expensive options just next to it. It's not super fancy, but for the nature around, that's all you need.

Breakfast is basic, which is not a big problem, but could have some fruits.

Superb

Staff is great! Very nice and very helpful. The area is quiet but really you don't need anything more if you are a diver. Food is great. It is the first time that we actually eat in the resort for the full stay.

Not enough divers to have an affordable price per dive. Hopefully we were able to join a larger dive group in a close-by hotel. All resorts have dive shops in this area.

parking just next to the Room, hotel with direct beach entry. very good dive shop and dive master. kind staff, very helpful.

the bathroom was not of the best standard, it needs some renovation. The breakfast was Ok but the rest of the food was simply not tasty. the choice was limited, the quality very poor.

Relaxed small dive resort

Staff and location accessible by car under 3h from Manila matter most. Spacious rooms. Contemporary bathroom layout and beautiful Ocean view are highlights. Found 2XL rental wetsuit and matching BCD, big boots and fins. Nice corals in front of beach.

5KPHP Diveboat charge on top of 2KPHP per dive is bit heavy when you're alone. All other resorts in Visayas I went to offer 5KPHP for 2 boat dives including boat and coffee/cookies.

Reccomend 2nd floor

Very good access to the sea for scubadiver. All staffs are frendly and helpful.

Neighbers Karaoke bar is noisy. Grand floor bath room smell bad. Heater doesnt work well and often hot water is not available. 2nd floor bath room is better but hot water is not enough.

Staying and diving at Bentrina has met our expectations!

I liked a lot of things at Bentrina. The staff are so nice, helpful, and communicative. Our room was huge. The wifi was fast. The balcony was spacious. The view was superb. The AC worked well. We came here to dive and Bentrina was equipped with everything including our dive master, boat, and equipment. Apart from the complimentary breakfast, we were able to order for dinner too — a plus since the location was quite remote. They were also nice enough to give us an extension because our dives finished past noon and they allowed us to shower before we could pack and go.

Things that are beyond Bentrina's control: It was tricky to get here with the steep road. We also came during the Christmas holidays so the karaoke parties of the neighbors were non-stop.

High standard resort right by the water

Outstanding staff and customer service. There are only 6 rooms in total so you feel very well taken care of. The room was very confortable and with great views. We saw a lot of fish along the coral reef right in front of the hotel. My mum and I had a very pleasant stay.

It may not matter to you but there isn't a beach in the area to walk along, the resort abuts directly with the water. The hotel does propose a boat tour to a beach on a nearby island for a fee.

I spent two days here, the food was lovely and staff were really friendly. They arranged a boat for me to snorkelling and I had a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable with aircon, but the water in didn't make it to the shower. At best there was a trickle of cold water available after I'd mentioned it to the hotel, but sometimes even after the 'fix' there would be nothing.
