Excellent emplacement, mais un logement mal entretenu et un rapport qualité-prix qui ne correspond pas à la note affiché

L’emplacement est le principal point fort de ce logement. Il est idéalement situé à Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, à proximité des commerces et des plages.

Malheureusement, l’état général du logement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes au vu de la note affichée et du prix payé (plus de 2 000 € pour un mois). Nous avons constaté un manque d’entretien important : poussière sur les luminaires et au-dessus de la climatisation, toiles d’araignée, traces de moisissures sur les linteaux de porte et canapé très taché. Le logement sentait le renfermé, était humide et peu lumineux, ce qui rendait le séchage du linge difficile. La baie vitrée du séjour ne pouvait pas rester ouverte à cause d’une invasion de fourmis, et la fenêtre de la chambre ne s’ouvre que partiellement, ce qui limite fortement l’aération. Le matériel de ménage était également dans un état décevant. Enfin, aucun état des lieux de sortie n’a été réalisé en notre présence et j’ai dû relancer pour récupérer mon chèque de caution. Malgré ma demande, je n’ai jamais reçu de facture, seulement une confirmation de paiement par e-mail.

Super séjour et très bonne communication avec Isabelle et Olivier

Appartement très bien situé à 2mn à pieds des plages et des restaurants de bords de mer.

Accès au parking privé parfois compliqué du fait de l’affluence.
