Though worn out it was clean at the right location. The outside seating area with lots of green and super quiet are charming. Coffee is free to fake

The owners and employees are fantastic. The HDMI ports on the HDTV in my room did not work, so they unboxed a new one for me. They are good about supplying water and towels wo being asked for them. There is a nice little garden are offering as much zen as you will find in this type property and this part of town. They offer coffee packets and toast w jelly in the mornings. They offer to do laundry for you right there on the property.
The staff helped me with the paperwork required when extending my visa.
The small lesser expensive rooms are right by the front office on the ground floor, right by the parking area. One room shares a wall with the office. The lighting is dim, the bathroom is not a Western style, small electric water heater which is typical in these type hotels.
There is no surface area in shower for supplies, only sink basin.
