We had such a lovely stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and so relaxing, with delicious food and gorgeous gardens full of dates, pomegranates and figs that you can pick and eat straight from the trees. It felt very special.
What really made our stay, though, was Aziz, the manager. He was incredibly kind and looked after us so well. We really enjoyed the tour of the palmeraie and the kasbah, and he even organised a pottery session for our children, completely free of charge. Such a lovely and unexpected gesture!
When our daughter became ill during our stay, Aziz went even further and made sure there was someone at the hospital to help us and look after us. At a stressful and worrying moment, that meant so much to us. We felt genuinely cared for.
We’re so grateful to Aziz and all the team for their warmth, kindness and generosity. We’ll remember our stay here with such happy memories — and especially the way we were looked after when we really needed it. ❤️
The only disappointment was that we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay, although this didn’t affect our overall experience. Adding a few finishing touches to the rooms, such as drawers or wardrobes, would also be a welcome improvement.

Great location - walkable to Kasbah. Breakfast and dinner were both tasty. We really enjoyed the staff, especially Aziz who was so attentive. Aziz took us for a tour around the area and was very knowledgeable about the area, including the flora. It was one of the best parts of our trip to Morocco. Thank you Aziz!

The room and the facility are nice
Dinner was a rip-off! just about twice the going prices ion Morocco and really low quality. The stuff Wass way to defensivre when we mentioned that and after an argument promised a discount - but did NOT give it when the time came to pay. be aware - the "restaurant" is over priced and bad quality.
