I fællesområdet var køkkenet under renovering, og der hang ledninger og stikkontakter ud ad væggen. Der manglede glas, bestik og tallerkner. Rengøringsstandarden var meget ringe. Huset bar præg af at være slidt og trængte overalt til en renovering. Vi fik ikke valuta for pengene, da pris og standard ikke hænger sammen. Vi forlod stedet før tid, da vi ikke kunne holde ud at være der. Det gav os ekstra udgifter til leje andre steder

Cheap but be prepared for what you get

It was a cheap option. I hadn't realised there was no where to sit but the room - however we were out and about mostly. Bed, bedroom and linen were clean.

Think the skirting boards in the loo and bathroom could have done with a good clean. You could hear everything in other rooms.

Pleasant stay

Excellent location, bed comfortable stayed 1 night. Girls in next door room very helpful.

Bathroom bit scruffy. Would have liked bed side light rather than the very large glass picnic table in room. Instructions how to use the tv would be helpful.

This probably the filthiest property I’ve ever stayed at and the only place I have had to clean facility’s myself before to feel comfortable using. The shower flooded because the drain wasn’t clean, there were dirty marks all over the floor and walls, the toilet paper ran out on our first night, the microwave was disgusting and was the only utility for heating up food, everything was broken or not on. There was a pungent odour coming from the dishwasher so using any dishes meant cleaning them first but the brush had hair strewn through it. The bed had only a duvet and no top sheet. I just felt totally unclean being in the building at all.

Absolutely horrible and not worth it.

Place was dingy. Far from the main strip of Queenstown. Very close to the airport. Could hear people in another room having sex when we walked in. We ended up leaving (foregoing a refund) and staying somewhere else. With so many accommodation options in Queenstown would definitely not recommend staying here. Unless you're desperate and need a cheap overnight stay close to the airport

Handy and close to airport and Remarkable shopping square is right there with a bus stop that goes into town, basic accomodating but comfortable cozy rooms good value for money. Also amazing views of the surrounding mountains

The noises, including outside traffic noise usually in the mornings/day if you are a light sleeper

I like the proximity to the airport and supermarket, simple accomodation, comfortable bed and good heating. Affordable price.

I think access to the room could be simpler (more obvious) but when I messaged the manager, I was sent instructions very quickly and accessed my room easily!

Ok, not friendly.

Heater in my room, clean linen.

No electric blanket, no opening window in bed room. No remote for heat pump in living area. Generally looked and felt like it needed a better clean, vacume and maintenance.

Comfy bed if you just want somewhere cheap to stay by the airport. But bring all your own supplies.

Really comfy beds, linen seemed clean and close location to the airport.

There is no letterbox or number on the door to let you know you are in the right place. There was lots of dust on the ledges and the shared kitchen was a mess with no tea towels, or working cooktop, no toaster, some utensils, no hand towels, kitchen cupboards falling off etc. Unsure if you are able to use the fridge or not. Would have been nice to have basic utilities and appliances to use - even if you bring your own food and facewashers. We asked for a later check out and was given until 11am. But on the day was told that checkout was at 10am... which I pushed back on as I had the email confirmation.

Nice place to stay if your leaving to go to the airport the next day

comfortable bed, close to airport, good pressure shower

Walls need a good clean, lots of marks on the walls. Wifi was terrible, tv wasn’t working due to poor wifi.

Overall the stay was good. Best thing is location to airport. It’s basic but clean and comfy. And cheap.

1.Proximity to airport; 2-5 mins walking to New World & selection of cafes/restaurants. 10mins walk to airport. 2.On the bus route & taxis seemed to be abundant. 3.Room, bed & ensuite was clean warm & comfortable. 4.Huge bath towels (booked room with ensuite so couldn’t rate shared bathroom facilities). 5.Shower hot & good pressure. 6. Simple self check in. Walk in, find your room enter code at your door. 7.Cheap. Perfect for budget stays or an overnighter flying out the next morning.

1.No signage. It looks like a private home. Arriving after dark I couldn’t tell if I was in the right place. Don’t expect to see a reception or even staff. 2.Front door is always unlocked. I didn’t mind so much but safety conscious people might. Probably why under 12s are not permitted to stay. 3. Kitchen good for reheating stuff & hot drinks but needs a good scrub. Oven doesn’t work microwave is rusty. there’s an electric hot plate & rice cooker with basic cutlery & crockery but not much else. Didn’t check the fridge.

Disappointing

We arrived late in the evening after finding our Twin Room with a View had been double booked. The person who had checked into the room we were meant to be in gave us the phone number of a person to contact because there was no one on site. We managed to contact Bella, who arrived nearly an hour after we called her so she could sort out another room for us. Thank you Bella

Our room was double booked despite confirmation and a pin keycode given to us earlier in the day. Fortunately Bella found us another room with two single beds and its own toilet but no shower, and the off site manager/owner offered us a $50 refund which we had no choice but to agree to. This is not what we had booked and paid for 3 months earlier. The shared bathroom was disgraceful. The toilet and shower were both very unclean, urine stains around the toilet and the shower base flooded because the plug was blocked with hair and gunge. The room itself was OK but someone had left the window open and the bedside table was soaked along with the carpet behind it. There were no shared tea or coffee facilities that we could find. There was a room upstairs but it looked like someone was living there so we didn't go in. I understand we were lucky to even get another room but subsequent correspondence with Ethan has meant I am still trying to get a partial refund. He had agreed to $100 which is still not the full amount but he still has not paid and it's now two weeks later.

The kitchen was unfit for human being, the equipment was very dirty, rusty, old and mostly not working. The rubbish had not been put out for a long time. The fridge was a disgrace, out of date and left by long gone guests. The health department should close it down.

Very convenient for a brief overnight stay as it’s close to the airport & bus station, but I wouldn’t recommend it a

Location and a roomy, clean room.

There is no staff on site and they forgot to leave me a bath towel, which wasn’t good after a 4 day trek using DOCs huts. The kitchen stove didn’t work., but the stove & toaster in the cooking area did.

beautiful landscape, very dirty room. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere

great view from bedroom window! can see the whole of the remarkables 🤩 check in was fairly easy.

it was horribly unclean. we called to have a cleaner come back and clean it, even after they’d ‘re cleaned’ it was filthy. dust on all the skirting boards, down the side of the bed and on the window sills. floors were sticky and full of hairs - hadn’t been cleaned. shower was disgusting, soap scum all over glass. toilet hasn’t seen bleach since installation with the looks of things. further to all of this, there was nowhere to put any of our stuff. despite a reasonably sizeable room, there was no furniture but a bed, tiny bedside table and wardrobe frame. finally, they boasted Wi-Fi but it it didn’t work at all.

Really poor service and neglected property.

At least we could access the foyer on arrival at night.

Property forgot to send through our room access code. They did not answer emergency phone despite 3 calls. We were preparing to sleep on the floor of foyer or communal lounge! Finallt emailed at 10:05pm.

Don't stay here!!!!!

Location and photos of property fantastic. But that is where the good stopped.

The whole place was filthy and not as advertised. I have attached photos,. If it was not for queenstown being booked out for the marathon, We would have canceled and moved. We used bed and toilet and shower after I cleaned them. Could not use any thing in kitchen filthy just can't say how bad it was. I have sent photos to the local council. Also smoke alarm was installed incorrectly. Normal plug right next to sink. Mugs for coffee in bathroom right next to toilet.
