Nice and comfortable stay with beautiful view and beach

The apartment is basically in a good location and the adjacent beach is very nice and easily accessible. On the way back from the beach, it is already a bit uncomfortable, because you have to walk up very steeply, but this is the case everywhere in this area, so it is not the apartment's fault. It is a few kilometers from Omis, so you can only get there by car. However, there is also a greengrocer, baker, and convenience store within a 10-minute walk of the apartment, so if you need something, you can reach it without a car. The dog can be brought into the apartment, which we were very happy about. Everyone welcomed the dog in a friendly manner, there were no problems and our dog had a great time. The apartment has a huge terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The free parking option came in super handy, because I saw that it is very difficult to park in the coastal towns throughout Croatia. The Host, Josipa, was very kind and helpful.

Parking is free, but not so simple and convenient. Many people find it very inconvenient to enter parking spaces on very steep streets. We were lucky because we finally got a covered garage space, which we were very happy about. Getting in and out was not so easy due to the steepness and sharp turns. This is completely natural for the locals, but if you are not used to it, it is better to mentally prepare for it. Our apartment was on the lowest level of the house. We had 3 rooms and a kitchen, each in a separate room and all opening onto the terrace. It wasn't a problem for us. On the other hand, it was disturbing that anyone could easily get onto our terrace, because it was not possible to lock the door with a key, which was also very low. During our stay, several people walked onto our terrace without asking, because they were looking for their belongings that had been blown away by the wind.Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the house is quite bad, the residents above us made so much noise for a week from early morning until late at night that it was already very disturbing. Through the ventilation of the bathroom, for example, you could clearly hear their conversation. From early in the morning, it was as if the chairs were being moved all day long...

It was all great and so clean!’ Host was so wonderful and had great communication, suggestions etc. we really enjoyed it

Everything was great!! Very spacious and great value. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room. The host was incredible!!

I’m a bad driver and the road down was difficult for me but I wouldn’t let that affect ur decision to stay - just be prepared.

Excellent views and super location

Super views on sea. Nice and spacious rooms. Clean shower and toilet.

Parking is a bit complicated but it's something what you have to expect in such location.

A great place, the owner Josipa was always available and very helpful, from the huge terrace you have a beautiful view, the beach is just below the house, the apartment is super-equipped and clean,just a few minutes from the center of omis. We highly recommend

Superb

Well equipped apartment with a beautiful sea view. We really appreciate 2 bathrooms, dishwasher and comfortable beds. The host was very friendly and ready to help.

There are many stairs until you get to the beach. Parking is available next to the property, however not that easy to park in. The area has steep and narrow roads.

We really enjoyed our stay and it very comfortable.

Despite there being a mix up with our booking, Josipa was very helpful and worked for a solution. She is quick to answer our queries and very helpful. The location is beautiful. The accomodation is modern, very clean and practical. All that we needed was available. Would highly recommend this accomodation.

Superb

Apartment is large and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We were two families (4 adults, 2 kids) so I especially appreciated the two bathrooms, large wardrobes in the bedrooms, the dishwasher and washing machine. Balcony and patio have an amazing view of the sea. The nearest beach is nice - with clean turquoise water, public showers, and even some shadow. Josipa (the owner) is nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

I would prefer to be further from the road to avoid being disturbed by the traffic. But for majority of people this would probably not be an issue as it is not the first house next to the road. The beach can be accessed by cca 200 stairs or a very steep path. It was not a big problem for us (and being on such a steep slope is obviously why the view from the apartment is so amazing), but it might be good to mention it in the description to ensure families with small kids or guests with special needs are aware.

A perfect 10!

Amazing pet friendly apartment, the beach is two minutes away on foot . The apartment has great view, it was super clean and the hosts were amazingly friendly. Nice parking spot available. If you want to spend your entire summer holidays or just a few days of your roadtrip in croatia this is the place for you. Thank you for everything lovely people

The apartment was as great as in the description. Everything was working, air conditioning in every room and very silent. I really appreciated small things like washing powder or dishwasher tablets. Walking distance to the shops, bakery, greengrocer's and restaurants, not to mention the beach down the stairs that wasn't crowded and had some shady places. Really good contact with the host.

Very nice, spacious, and well-equipped apartment with comfortable beds and a fantastic sea view. The host was very nice and friendly and had helpful tips and recommendations for us. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests.
