The stay itself was good, for the amount of money we spent great!
Don’t expect a lot, but still for what you get is quite a bargain!
The location is also pretty good, since there is a metro station close to the place.
The bed was comfortable, but the blankets were pretty mediocre, the bedsheets can easily get undone and the noise insolation of the room is mediocre at best.

The house is very close to Materdei metro
The area is very residential,quiet and safe
The kitchen is clean and has everything you need
The air condition is working great
The host is welcoming and helpful
Superò and Conad supermarkets are just a few steps from the house.
Pizzeria Due Re is also close by and stays open until late at night.
The bed makes noise when moving.
The shower cabin is narrow
I would prefer having a few more hangers on the walls.

I only stayed for one night, but I can say that I slept very well and was able to fully relax after a long day of exploring the city.
I particularly appreciated the location. It felt authentic and away from the busiest tourist areas, while still being conveniently connected to the main attractions.
One minor inconvenience was that there was no mobile phone coverage inside the premises, and unfortunately, I was unable to connect to the property's Wi-Fi during my stay. As I am not heavily dependent on my phone, this was manageable, and I simply stepped outside when I needed to access mobile data for important messages.
The only aspect of my stay that left me uncomfortable was an interaction with a member of staff. From my arrival through to when I reported the internet issue, I found their manner to be impatient and, at times, dismissive. As a result, I chose not to follow up further regarding the Wi-Fi problem, as I did not wish to repeat the experience.
Overall, I enjoyed the accommodation itself and especially the location, but I hope that future guests receive a more welcoming and supportive customer service experience.
