Wij begrijpen niet dat een verblijf met zulke riool problemen verhuurd wordt/ verhuurd mag worden.
Zeker niet de ENORME RIOOLLUCHT, die steeds terug kwam en waardoor we eerder naar huis zijn vertrokken.
Het appartement was verder prima, keurig schoon en het lag op een heerlijke plek, de receptie was vriendelijk. op het eerste oog niks mis mee
Het is nu 16 mei 2026, gaan wij 1 dag eerder vertrekken dan ons plan was, en ook eerder dan de duur van onze boeking van app. Astrid nr 403 in Bredene (B).
Bij aankomst was er al een enorme riool lucht. Na het appartement extreem gelucht te hebben en alle waterafvoeren flink hadden doorgespoeld en gedoucht, was het meeste weg. Vervolhens Bredene in gewandeld, daar wat gegeten en terrasje gepakt. Terug in het appartement weer die enorme rioollucht. Opnieuw het appartement gelucht en alles goed doorgespoeld. Hiermee werd het iets beter, dragelijker. Voor het slapen nog even gedoucht.
‘s Nachts geen stank, maar ‘s morgens rond 08:30 weer die vieze stank. Rond 10:00 uur bovenstaande gemeld bij de receptie/sleutelhouder. In dat gesprek gaf de mevrouw aan dat het idd niet de eerste keer is dat ze deze klacht kreeg en ook dat ze de eigenaar (fam De Coendere) er al meerdere keren over had aangesproken. Ze stelde voor om te kijken in het appartement, uit te zoeken of er iets aan gedaan kon worden en om te kijken of er een ander appartement beschikbaar zou zijn. Wij gaven aan er de rest van de dag niet te zijn en zij poolshoogte mochten nemen in het appartement en eventueel een briefje konden achter laten met hun bevindingen/uitkomsten.
s Avonds terug in het appartement, lag er een briefje met de tekst dat er geen ander appartement beschikbaar was, en… die vieze rioollucht was er weer. Een lucht waarbij je niet even gezellig een hapje en een drankje gaat doen of kunt ontspannen.
Vanochtend, vanmiddag weer rioollucht. Het lijkt ons ongezond,en onaantrekkelijk om iets consumeren .
Op 16 mei ca 16:30 bij de receptie geweest, daar was niemand. Gebeld met de sleutelhouder, doorverbonden met interhome international. geen persoon alleen bandje en vervolgens werd automatisch de verbinding verbroken omdat het erg druk was.
Dit alles heeft ons doen besluiten om eerder naar huis te gaan.
