Überaus freundliches, hilfsbereites Gastgeber-Ehepaar; traumhaft ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage mitten in der Natur; Parkplatz für 2 PKWs direkt vorm Haus im Garten-Eingangsbereich; das Zentrum Bayreuths (Parkgarage) erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca 20-30 Minuten; im Appartement im 1. Stock (über - relativ steile - Treppe erreichbar) alles sehr sauber, Internet-WLAN-Verbindung funktioniert; großzügiger Balkon mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten; Küche hervorragend ausgestattet, im Bad Dusche, WC & 2 Waschbecken; Schlafmöglichkeit auch in getrennten Zimmern möglich; Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis P.s. Kater Bruno lässt sich streicheln :-)
Beim allerersten Besuch fällt dem Ortsfremden - trotz Navi - die Orientierung nicht immer leicht; leider mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht zu erreichen
