Grundsätzlich ist die Anlage wirklich schön und gepflegt, die Bausubstanz macht einen guten Eindruck und besonders das Security-Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Die Lage in Richtung Marina ist sehr gut. Die Pools sind vollkommen ausreichend, es gibt einen Fußballplatz und unser ebenerdiges Apartment mit direktem Poolzugang war besonders mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Die eher einfache, teilweise aus IKEA-Möbeln bestehende Einrichtung war für ein Ferienapartment grundsätzlich ausreichend.
Ich arbeite selbst in der Ferienhaus- und Ferienwohnungsbranche und habe daher einen guten Einblick in übliche Standards bei Ausstattung, Wartung und Betreuung. Bei unserem konkreten Apartment gab es während der fünfeinhalb Wochen leider mehrere vermeidbare Probleme. Das Internet war praktisch nicht zu gebrauchen: meist deutlich unter 1 Mbit/s Download und maximal etwa 0,5 Mbit/s Upload. Nach unserer Meldung wurde zwar schnell ein anderes Gerät gebracht, doch es gab keine Verbesserung; insgesamt wirkte der Umgang eher defensiv als lösungsorientiert. Beim Staubsauger fehlte die Verlängerungsstange zwischen Griff und Bodendüse. Obwohl wir das meldeten und Abhilfe zugesagt wurde, wurde der Mangel während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Den Geschirrspüler mussten wir wegen verstopfter Düsen selbst reinigen. Die Waschmaschine war innen teilweise schimmelig und hatte Probleme beim Abpumpen, das Tiefkühlfach war stark vereist. Von den stark abgenutzten Gartenmöbeln lösten sich Kunststoffteile, was gerade mit kleinen Kindern unangenehm ist; zudem wirkten die unterschiedlichen Stühle zusammengewürfelt. Es gab nur einen Apartmentschlüssel. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass es in fünfeinhalb Wochen weder eine Zwischenreinigung noch einen Bettwäschewechsel gab. Für diese Preisklasse hätten wir zumindest einmal Reinigung und frische Bettwäsche erwartet. Die Kritik bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das uns zugeteilte Apartment; Zustand und Ausstattung anderer Apartments in der Anlage können abweichen.

Large, spacious, comfortable, very clean, good facilities. Nice to have a bathroom each in our party. Quiet location near to the Marina but walking distance to the old town via the coastal roads. Great balcony with furniture that overlooks the lovely pool. Friendly helpful and efficient service from the host giving great communication from start to finish and nice to be met with the keys on arrival.
We loved it but just would recommend they could do with giving 2 keys rather than 1 as we were travelling with our teenage daughters who wanted to be independent so that was a challenge to manage a gated complex with only one key when girls were out late night into the early morning. Also I think could benefit from some extra toilet paper washing up liquid and shower gel and shampoo etc as we ran out and had to buy more. The pool is great but in the heat of the afternoon sun we would have really appreciated some parasols around the pool area as we are more comfortable sitting in the shade. But having said this we did have a wonderful time and loved the accommodation and it’s location lovely and safe and quiet and comfortable. We would highly recommend especially for families and we will be back again. Thank you also for giving us a later check out much appreciated.
