I feel so fortunate I booked this property. During my travels en route to the property, I had a series of unrelated unfortunate events. The hosts went well out of their way to help me, taking on my problems as their own. I have never met such kind, giving people. They made my trip to Italy so much better than it could have been. In addition, the property was excellent for the price. Very comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, and with a shower that had the most amazing water pressure. Close to the airport and train station. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Clean and comfortable
Directions were not detailed enough. We got lost in the middle of the night. Communication was poor - emailed several times to say our flight was delayed for over 3 hours. No response.
Struggled to sleep due to fridge/ freezer noise.
No instructions on how to leave the property as all gates locked outside.
