Clean room with all the basic essentials for a one night stay.
Checking in at a different location was unusual BUT understand the economics of running two front of house operations.

Very close to the Uni. Clean & comfortable room.
The Motel is un manned. Had to go to another hotel to check in. Thisxwas mentioned on the listing but didn't state that other hotel was a 10 minute drive away (non peak time).
Road noise was loud late night. Other guests were shouting down corridors early morning.
Halls & stairs smelt REALLY BAD. Rooms smelt fine though
