The facilities are well kept and clean
Space of the hotel room is a bit small and the area outside the hotel is a bit dirty with dogs wandering around

Location is strategic because near the Ayer Hitam toll, easy to access.
The hospitality provided by hotel, can be improved. such as soap, shampoo etc

Very strategic location. Easy as a place to rest shortly. Comfortable pillows. Clean bathroom. Aircond is functioning well
Got only 2 ceiling lights available but 1 is broken so only depending on 1 light. The bedside lamp is very very dim like will die soon. All furnitures are dusty. Got a lot of cockroaches especially at night
