Excellent location just minutes from Valletta's main attractions.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Perfect location near all main attractions in Valetta. The host was incredibly informative and kind, making check-in smooth and providing great tips for sightseeing. Highly recommend!"

Pleasant

The flat was really nice, comfortable and great location. I had an issue with the fuses (lights went off) and needed to text the owner at night and they promptly replied me.

I had an issue with the shower, first days it was just taking too long to drain but last night it wasn't draining at all. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I texted them about it and I've been told they haven't had the issue before and they would get fixed. Hopefully it is sorted as if it wasn't for that, I'd definitely recommend.

Pictures do not show what you get. Guests should be informed in a correct way.

Perfect location, close to everything (Valetta city center, ferry to Sliema, shops, bus terminal, taxis,... ). Our host Emilija was very kind and helpful when having issues about a shortage of water and electricity.

The pictures of the Hastings studios are NOT what you get. There's no terrace and no patio. There's a little Juliette balcony, you can't even sit outside. Pictures show a stunning view, but that's not what you get. Trees are in the way and the studio is not high enough, so no sea view at all. There's also no ensuite bathroom. Separately next to your head end of the bed is a toilet. And at the other end a space with a shower. The studio is also not soundproofing as the neighbours watches television till 2 am and we could here everything.

Proximity to the city and transport out to the other parts of the island

There was noise in the evening from our neighbours tv which sounded like it could have been so close to our bed. There was also construction in one of the apartments that stated at 7.30! but hopefully that’s a temporary thing.

Superb

Nice and quiet room with all you may need for staying in Malta for many days. Really good position 5 minutes away from all the valletta city life Good view from the balcony!

Unexpected toilet problem...

Location of the apartment was perfect - is was close to the center of Valletta and at the same time away from all of the loud noises. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Apartment was well equipped with all required amenities. Bed was very comfortable with very comfortable pillows. If you're going to visit Valletta during colder months like us - the heating works well.

The toilet was a very big issue. It was located beside the bed, inside of a closet with sliding doors! All of the noises and toilet smells are right next to your head! The photos of the offer don't show the reality of this room. The cleanliness also wasn't perfect - visible dust on sliding mirror doors, stains in various places, various blankets which weren't exactly fresh.. The water pressure in the shower was too low, so washing long hair took a really long time.

The studio suited us very well, and walking distance for everything, loved Valletta.

Excellent location, stunning outlook from balcony, ideal for 1 or a couple, very comfortable, also in a quite location but 5 minutes walk to centre all bars and restaurants.

If you are staying at the property in autumn/winter it could do with better heating

Overall a great stay but .....

Top marks to Joe, the owner of the apartment, who messaged us as soon as our plane landed to explain how to collect the keys - this was quite late in the evening - and was easily contactable throughout our stay to deal with any issues. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with uninterrupted views over Hastings Gardens to the marinas at Pieta/Msida and a little convenience store right under the apartment which was open from 8-10.30am for bottled water, milk and other essentials. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was good, the shower was great and the bed really comfortable.

During our stay we made Joe aware of a couple of small "niggles", namely a broken light bulb (which wasn't replaced), the TV didn't work (he came round to fix this) and some items of crockery were not clean or were chipped. On the whole the apartment was well supplied but we could have done with some more mugs and luckily we always bring our own tea towels! The bathroom towel rail was broken and on our last morning we awoke to no running water at all. Not the Host's fault but it meant we couldn't shower, etc. before leaving. These issues didn't spoil a very pleasant trip but attention to detail is very important and other visitors might have been less relaxed than we were!

Lovely little studio in great location for Valetta sightseeing

Really well located on a quiet street and a short walk to all major attractions. Clean, tidy and tastefully decorated studio with all the amenities you need inc dishwasher and good AC! Some helpful provisions left in the apartment too eg coffee, tea, oil etc. Joe was a helpful and responsive host. Overall a great stay and would recommend as offering a good value for money base for a short stay in Valetta.

I thought the place had a balcony you could sit on when I booked but really it was just a Juliette balcony - this might have been my mistake but worth checking the photos of the option you’re booking as there are multiple in the same block.

Perfect place to be..

Householder is so kind and accepted every request we asked for. There is everything you can imagine in the house, comfy and especially the balcony. Be there at sunrise and sunset if you can, worth watching that view..

We're going to book this property again next year. Can't say better than that!

The property itself is well laid out, very comfortable (especially the bed) and has every convenience. It is a 5-minute walk away from one of the main bus stations on the island. This makes getting around so easy. There are wonderful cafés and restaurants nearby as well as a very good supermarket - fresh local bread: mmmm. The view from the apartment is of a beautiful public garden and, beyond that, the Mediterranean.

Just to be picky, it would have been nice to find mozzie spray. We were bitten on the first night and so bought some spray first thing the following morning. Other than that, it was perfect.

A Really Good Stay!

The apartment was small and cosy and perfect for a couple. It had a great view of Malta! A few times we watched the sunset from our apartment, which was beautiful. The host was very friendly and helped us settle in and also gave us recommendations for restaurants which was really nice. While we had some problems using the projector, the host took the time to help us out fairly quickly.

All in all the property had most of the stuff we needed, but unfortunately there was a lack of cutleries in the kitchen and utensils.

Great spot to stay in Valletta for a couple! Very modern and elegant interior.

The flat is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a TV with lots of programmes available. The location and the view are perfect (it is very quiet compared to other parts of Valletta)! We travelled by car and there was always a parking spot available around the corner.

There is a bad smell coming from the shower (easy to avoid if you close the door and the owner has put the air freshener around).

Small but wonderful apartment with an amazing host

We had a wonderful time at Joes apartment. the small balcony overlooks the water and can be used for sunny breakfasts and relaxed drinks in the evening. It is big enough for 2 people two sit and eat comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and the small space is used in an optimal way. There are even several adapters around so that you can use your electronics. Joe is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. Not only can you contact him for questions or tips but also he helped us print documents for our flight back. I definitely recommend staying at this place. If we visit Malta again, we will definitely stay at this apartment!

A few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/toiletries would be helpful.

Superb

The rooms were very clean and comfy. Just the right size for a group of two. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions, gave good tips. It was easy to do a contact-free check in during Covid. The view from the balcony was lovely at night and enough space to sit outside for dinner. The apartment lighting is nice, and you can see straight across the bay to the north-east. I'd really recommend to stay here as a couple.

Building work going on in the street outside started very early, but this was unavoidable.
