We spent a week at Casa Eleonora (the Giada apartment - top floor) in Lezzeno.
Firstly, such a beautiful area. Amazing how peaceful the area was looking out across the lake at night.
The apartment has spectacular views of Lake Como from not one, but two balconies and also from the bedroom window!
Very clean throughout with everything you need for your stay including cooking facilities and equipment.
The owners offer free parking to their guests.
There are steps down to the house from the parking area.
As is common in Lezzeno and the surrounding areas, lots of places are only accessed via steps (which can be steep).
There is a shortcut (down many steps) to the road with a flat walk to the ferry and bus stops. We made use of both. The bus (after a tip from another review) to Bellagio took about 15 minutes and cost only a few euros for two of us.
The ferry can get very busy as Lezzeno is one of the later stops on the route beginning from Como. You are able to go in all directions to the several stops around Lake Como.
Rosy and her family are Lezzeno residents and provided us with lots of useful details for transport options and timetables, local shops and restaurants and boat hire in Lezzeno.
Rosy and her daughter (who speaks excellent English) met us on arrival and really do make you feel welcome and are genuinely keen to make sure you have a great stay.

Las vistas son increíbles y los anfitriones fueron realmente atentos y muy cercanos. La casa es muy bonita, equipada con todo lo necesario y super tranquila. Además, está ubicado en un pueblo que dispone de conexión con Ferry, así que puedes llegar a cualquiera de los pueblos del Lago sin tener que usar el coche.
El pueblo está divido en partes y si quieres llegar a determinados puntos tienes que caminar un rato o coger el coche, pero hay un camino habilitado para peatones muy bonito y con unas vistas impresionantes.

The view of the apartment is wonderful and you can take the sunrise and sunset photo. Luckily we are as there was fireworks display on the other shore which we enjoy it very much. The apartment is newly renovated and the facilities are modern. The host is friendly and helpful. She even come to pick us up at the bus stop as we have two big suitcases and we do not have car
With the nice view of the apartment we expected we will enjoy it very much. However as the apartment is surrounded by the farmland and due to the hot weather，the insects have come out in the apartment. Without the insect screen, it is a nightmare. So it is highly recommended to install the insect screen.
