This is a great place just outside city. for people that go on cruise ships great place. easy transport with local bus service if you do not have a car. nice garden with lounge chairs and eating outside. friendly and very hospitable hosts

be aware that taxis in general in Civitavecchia mostly run for cruise ships and are hard to find outside these peak hours, but hosts Rita and Michele offer to provide shuttle service to ships also, very nice!

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The garden area was very relaxing and perfect for evening drinks. We ate in both nights and the kitchen had all we needed. They even provided a kettle for us when asked. The best beaches are a drive away and we went to one with a castle on which was recommended by our hosts.

The local beach was tricky to get to- busy road to cross. Also be aware not to reverse out of the property if you have a low car as we caught the bottom of our car exhaust on the gate catch.

Bellissima ed elegante struttura, finemente arredata con annesso giardino e posto auto, vicinissima alla spiaggia e poco distante dal centro di Civitavecchia. Gentilissimi i proprietari i sigg. Michele e Rita, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i pomodori da loro coltivati. Siamo stati benissimo, sicuramente ci torneremo. Roberto e Grazia
