The AC worked well. Nice bed, great location.
Bathroom being in the hallway instead of connect to the room.

The outside space, air conditioning and use of kitchen facilities. Everything we needed for a short stay. The nearby restaurants were good and ambience excellent.
Better if bathroom was part of the room space. It was a slightly longer walk from the train station than we anticipated.

Great location, nice and clean room. Clear communication. There was coffee, tea and cake. Close to the main attractions like the Uffizi and Pitti.
