It was cosy and ideal location for zip world so I was genuinely really happy on arrival, the shower was lovely too.
I’m not sure if they hoovered between guests as there was someone else’s hair in the carpet not just 1 strand a few. I was also a little disappointed that you have to pre order and book breakfast for a time yet then had to wait 15 mins before we got it and they forgot to warm the beans up, they weren’t luke warm they were genuinely straight from the tin cold, fortunately in a separate pot so they took them back to warm up but by this point id nearly finished breakfast. A bit gutted overall as i booked this place based on the good breakfast reviews as I’m a massive foodie.

Breakfast and meals were good and reasonable value for the money paid. Overall, the room was fine. Clean, tidy and reasonable well maintained.
However, the shower cubicle had some minor pink mould, the dressing table surface was blown due to tea making, the kitchen extractor fan was below the window, the top opening window had blown double glazing, the window did not open or was big enough to escape if trapped by fire and the main fire door to the room gapped badly at the bottom.
Top opening window only allowed poor ventilation.

No 10 shower drain was slow and the tile behind the bathroom door needs a wipe
