Unser Gastgeber hat uns bei unserer Anreise um 2 Uhr nachts noch eingelassen. Das verdient unseren Dank! Und wir haben uns bei jeder Begegnung hervorragend miteinander ausgetauscht und uns jeden Morgen über einen guten Kaffee/Tee gefreut. Dafür geben wir gerne 10/10 Punkten.

El dueño nos esperó ya que llegamos más tarde de lo previsto sin ningún inconveniente. Por la mañana nos ofreció un café y un bizcocho.

The property as pretty, albeit the room small. Very Clean. It was out in the country, too far to walk to the town. (We were told it was right in the middle of the town.) (We also was told it was a hotel, not a Agriturismo). When you could find the owners, they were very nice.
There are steps in odd areas, such in the middle of the foyer and bathroom, creating trip hazards.
Breakfast should be more than a small amount of coffee left on the table in a thermos with a croissant and a packet of jelly-period.
Fell, tripping on the step in the bathroom, could not contact the owners, did not answer their phones.
Came back from a day out, room was never serviced.
Was told that someone spoke some English- they spoke none, we speak minimal Italian. No effective way to communicate. They would not look at our phone translator.
