I liked the cleanliness and overall attention to detail of the staff and rooms in general.
They were quick to fulfill any requests and were extremely friendly, notably: Elvira and Shadi of Mosaic and Salim Al Amri of Crowne Plaza. They were extremely friendly to my husband and I as well as the kids and their attention to detail was superb.
I can't really find fault with anything, maybe just that the hot water wasn't as hot as I'd like but I didn't mention it to the staff as it was very minor.

Good location . Good Resturants and room was clean and comfortable.
On weekends you see don’t see much staff. No bellman or doorman’s are seen . Also when we were checking out early at 6.30am . We didn’t find anyone in the lobby at reception concierge or the driver for 20 mins .

It’s neat and clean
However, housekeeping was disappointing because they did not clean the room every day.
