The Location
Staff members are not so welcoming, but they are nice

Location is easy to find,close to shops and still secluded from the town buzz.
Lovely scenery especially for pictures,very aesthetically pleasing.
Breakfast options were a bit limited.
You pay R20 per item to iron your clothes.

I liked almost everything in the property, I liked that it offered breakfast and close to the shopping centre. The serenity in the location. It a beautiful place no cap ❤️
The charging sockets are away from the bed you’ll need an extension cord go be able to use your gadgets while charging if they can improve on that. Most disappointing part I forgot my valuable when I followed up it was nowhere to be found. But overall it was a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

*Breakfast was reasonably good;
*The location was also good; closer to shops, restaurants, beach, Simangaliso Game Reserve.
*The Reception lady (Nolwazi) was very helpful; friendly, and had a welcoming attitude. (Her smile and helpfulness helped ease a bit the discomfort I was already feeling about my choice of hotel).
*The full day Cape Vidal experience (Simangaliso Game Reserve and the Beach) with exceptional customer friendly service from Duma Legacy Tours.
*The behaviour of the Office white lady negatively clouded my checking-in experience and first impression of customer/guest service. I was waiting in the queue whilst the friendly receptionist (Nolwazi) was still busy with another guest. As soon as a group of white guests came in, the Office lady (white) suddenly came out with other young ladies and they focused on assisting the group that came in...it was as if I was not visible to them...
*Had to be exceptionally assisted by an external game vehicle (Dumi Legacy Tours) for the Cape Vidal activity visit because the hotel would not avail their game vehicle for me and family...
*No free complimentary water in the rooms, the water abd drunks in the fridge are on sale...
*No sheltered parking. Cars overheat in the sun.
