Extremely friendly, attentive, and empathetic staff. We initially booked an apartment, but due to the cooling system not coping with the high temperatures, it was uncomfortably hot. The staff responded immediately and arranged a comfortable room for us without hesitation. Excellent service and a genuinely caring attitude. Highly recommend.
The breakfast was equally impressive — varied, generous, and very well prepared. Although à la carte, the quality was excellent and there was a good selection to choose from. A lovely start to the day.

Am fost cazati eu si familia mea intr-o camera de tip suita. Mi s-a parut perfecta pentru noi ca dimensiune, fiind 2 copii de 9 ani si 2 adulti. Paturile perfecte...am dormit foarte bine. Este liniste desi fereastra camerei este catre drum. Cazarea noastra a fost in luna iunie, dar aerul conditionat a mers perfect. Ne-a placut foarte mult. Am reveni oricand.
