The lodge was well equipped, very clean and in a quiet secluded location. Check in was straightforward, nice selection of tea/coffee and biscuits was a nice welcoming gesture. We were sorry to leave and hope to return.

The chalet was spotless and Nicola and staff exceptional the beds were clean and extremely comfortable the outlay was spacious and had everything supplied you could possibly want , it is very quiet and peaceful surrounded by countryside with beautiful views over the valley , Leyburn 6 miles away with lovely bakery cafes and very nice restaurants with plenty of parking in the square beautiful walks around the site and dog walking paddock for our dogs and childrens play area ...a real little gem at a very low price ...highly recommend if wanting to visit the area .
