De ligging is super, heel centraal maar ook rustig. Vriendelijke hosts, fijne communicatie, heerlijk ontbijt, gratis parkeren, heerlijk bed. Echt een aanrader!

Fijne, ruime kamer met een heerlijk afgesloten terras voor de hondjes. Uitgebreid ontbijt, vegetarisch eten was geen probleem en ook voor de hondjes zat er wat lekkers bij. Super lief. Ligging ook top, een paar minuten verderop zit het strand waar we alle dagen heerlijk met de hondjes gewandeld hebben.

An unassuming, off-the-main-road little gem! The hostess is a lovely sincere lady who went out of her way to make us feel like valued guests. She even provided off-street parking for our rental car. The room (with its bathroom, kitchenette and patio) were spotlessly clean and decorated tastefully. Although there is no aircon in the room, we were provided with a large standing fan which worked perfectly. Our hostess made sure that she understood exactly what we wanted for breakfast the next morning - and then she delivered the most amazing breakfast you can imagine! It was magnificent! Muesli, yoghurt, bread, eggs, fresh fruits and berries, hagelslag, cheese and cold meats, orange juice... And of course, a Nespresso machine in the room to use whenever we wanted. This has to be the highlight of our multi-day visit to Texel!
Maybe a disposable shower cap for the ladies? But this is not serious - everything was so nice that I may be nitpicking at the moment. What a delightful place! The cleanliness... And that breakfast... wow!

Rustig gelegen in rustig plaatsje de Cocksdorp
Je hebt gewoon een kamer bij nogal dominante mensen in huis. We hoorden hen ‘s avonds/‘s morgen van alles doen. Erg gehorig en veel te warm. 21,5 graden is onaangenaam om te slapen op een zacht bed met synthetisch beddengoed. Ontbijt was steeds hetzelfde en erg eenvoudig. De kauwstaaf voor de hond kregen we ook niet steeds.(wel 22,50 aftikken voor de hond en waarvoor?).Veel te duur voor hetgeen wordt aangeboden. We vonden bij aankomst nog haren in de koelkast, beetje viezig.
