Perfect location, lovely gesture with bottle of wine in fridge.
Place was extremely clean everywhere.
The bed, very uncomfortable.
Hard mattress with indent between the beds. Strange sheet on and pillows uncomfortable.

Honestly can't fault the place.
Aaron, the host, was attentive throughout and even put a bottle of wine in the fridge, a lovely touch.
Place was clean, had everything we needed and more. Bed is huge, nice sofa area and an added extra of a small decked area with own bbq.
Couldn't have been closer to the beach, which was perfect for us for bodyboarding and just chilling. There is a key safe which is really useful if you are going to bodyboard or surf as you don't need to worry about where to keep it.
A short walk to places to eat on the left and right and an easily doable walk into Newquay town. The road is quiet.
We had a problem with the kettle, which I reported, and within 15 minutes we were handed their personal one with a brand new one replacing the broken one being given shortly after.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Nothing about the place. There aren't any shops close by so plan to take bits and bobs in case you need them.

Liked it was so near to the beach. Comfortable and clean accommodation.
We didn't realise it was so near quite a busy road, sitting in the garden was a bit noisy.

Handy location. Easy check in.
Noisy child upstairs running around well into the evening and early on Sunday morning.
Felt very rushed at check out. It was 10.06 (6 mins over) and half my kit was out the door on the decking, so clearly I was going, yet the owner was texting me, asking me to hurry up.
