Angenehm

Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber ruhig und ist sehr gemütlich. Meine beiden Hunde wurden ebenfalls freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und lecker.

Das Zimmer war nicht vorgeheizt und bei den herrschenden Außentemperaturen bei Ankunft erst einmal ziemlich kalt.

Der Aufenthalt war nicht vergebens , haben gesehen was wir sehen wollten und sind nicht enttäusch.

Günstige lage im Stadtzentrum, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot, gute Parkmöglichkeit im naheliegendem Parkhaus eines Kaufhauses (kostenlos ).

An Markttagen keine Zufahrt zum Hotel und leichte Störungen am frühen Morgen Kein Problem des Hotels,aber der Stadt. Die Parkdauer beträgt in der Regel überall nur 2,5 Stunden.Im ungüstigen Fall muß man zurück zum Parkort und den Parkautomaten "füttern",bzw. das gerade geplante Mittagesse verschieben um der Bürükratie zu ihrem recht zu verhelfen. Warum darf man nicht länger am Stück parken,, es wird doch dafür gezahlt ?

Empfehelnswerte Adresse mitten in Uelzen

Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich zentrale Lage an der Hauptkreuzung in der Stadtmitte in Uelzen, dennoch ist es dank der verkehrsberuhigten Zone vor dem Hotel sehr ruhig. im Zimmer dank der Lage zum Innenhof sowieso. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, die Ausstattung insgesamt gut, der Liegekomfort der recht festen Matratze sogar sehr gut. Das Frühstück im mittelgroßen Frühstücksraum auf der 1. Etage hat mich mit dem reichhaltigen Angebot wirklich erfreut; so konnte der Start in die vierte Etappe einer langen Radreise vom Rheinland an die Oststee perfekt gelingen. Das Fahrrad hatte ich im überdachten öffentlichen Raum einer Ladenpassage angeschlossen, ees wäre aber auch ein Fahrradraum verfügbar gewesen (hatte vergessen danach zu fragen). Ich kam nach Rezeptionsschluß im Hotel an, eine Schlüsselkarte war in einer gesicherten Box hinterlegt. Leider funktionierte die Schlüsselkarte zuerst nicht, aber dank Telefonkontakt zur Rezeption außerhalb der Dienstzeiten ließ sich das Problem schnell lösen. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank!

Exceptional

Very clean and quite. Location is super central. Breakfast is tasty, a lot to choose from.

Water from the shower is a lot on the floor because the wall on the bath covers not all bath. But it is not very important

A good base for a town visit.

The room was very large as was the Bathroom, There was no aircon and it was very hot but the windows opened which helped. unfortunately outside our room was a bench that smokers used, The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. I am gluten intolerant and the breakfast rolls were very good.

Location was good although be prepared for a slightly noisy Saturday night but well sighted in the middle of the town. Good facilities , restaurants , bars etc. to hand.

Comfortable hotel at Uelzen's centre

Very good breakfast Excellent location (at the heart of the town, 10min walk from the train station) Free sweeties at the reception :)

The fact that no one is at the reception at certain times is not necessarily a problem in this calm town.

A Pleasant Hotel on the Main Steet of Uelzen

A nicely priced hotel in a pleasant, small town. Not far from the interestingly designed Hundertwasser railway station. A very good train connection to the Munster Panzer Museum. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and elegantly laid out with a good choice of food. There is a good Vietnamese restaurant next to the reception, I really liked my supper there. I am happy I chose this hotel for my two nights stay in Uelzen.

I can't think of anything critical to write here. A small three-star hotel cannot have all the conveniences of a big-city four-star hotel.

The hotel has a great location. There is a vending machine inside of the hotel, which is very convenient, if you are arriving late at night and need something small.

Cozy accommodation in Uelzen's heart

Very good breakfast, nice staff and location (in the middle of the town).

The room was a bit too cold for mid autumn and it was not protected from the brightness from outside.

Clean, comfortable, well located and great staff

It was a nice stay. The staff was really kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room and toilet were old fashioned but comfortable and clean. I missed some sweet pastries on the breakfast, but otherwise it was good! I liked my stay and would repeat.

Someone decided 7am was a good time to start replacing the carpeted floor outside of my room. Not the nicest way to wake up on a holiday.

Exceptional

ALL is good, that's a place to save in favorites. Just a remark as pillows are made with feathers, it should be excellent to have one synthetic just in case (like me i am allergic to feathers).

Very good

The hotel provided with an extra early breakfast for the local triathlon race which was held during the weekend

Room was to the street which was very noisy with people during the night. Otherwise, everything was really good

Superb

The hotel is very central, have all the comfort a hotel of this standard needs. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The latest check in is at 1800, however, we have no problem making an arrangement for later check in. All parking in the city is pay parking. If you don’t have a parking app (you may need a German phone number), you may pay with coins for parking between 08-18 (1.50 euro an hour), and otherwise it is for free. Hunderwasser train station is only 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Don’t miss it.
