großräumig, schöne aussicht, voll ausgestattet, modern, angenehme matratzen, man kann wäsche machen. ausserdem hat die putzkraft um 11uhr super lieb noch paar minuten gewartet, weil wir es nicht rechtzeitig zum check out geschafft haben. straßenbahn zur station auch direkt vor der haustür
zusätzliche gebühren kommen nach dem aufgewählten betrag dazu, aber scheint wahrscheinlich ein problem von booking zu sein…
der nächste conbini ist 8min entfernt, stadt auch ein fußweg (aber alles im rahmen). preis ist fair

The place was big, clean and comfortable and located in a nice neighborhood next to the river, but not too close to downtown.
The cleaning fee is extremely expensive, especially if you stay one night. Be careful because it is included separately in booking in the breakdown. Besides, other drawback was the lack of maintenance of the bicycles that are included in the services, dirty and tubes without enough air pressure.
