Overall stay was good. Facilities, lighting, food and location were all quite good. However, the biggest issue was that the gate was closed at 10:30 PM. One night, I got delayed due to work and had to wait outside for around 20 minutes despite repeatedly calling the staff. Since I had already paid in advance, this was quite disappointing. Late-night entry should be made easier for guests.
