Selong Selo Resort and Villas

There was nothing not to like about this place. The photos dont do it any justice. The only downside is that its a bit far from town so your own car/bike would be helpful. Otherwise a 10 out of 10

The only complaint would be that the pool could have been a little warmer but really no big issue.

Lovely. Clean, helpful attentive staff. Don’t be fooled with the drive up once you arrive the villas are fantastic.

Everything is really good can’t fault it

Amazing view - spacious villa - Restaurant Breakfast lunch dinner was excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly. Very good programme offering. Movie night for kids every day.

Communication not always clear. Spa reservations were wrong both times. 2nd spa treatment was a bad experience as it was squeezed in due to wrong booking and spa staff was not prepared. Villa was not ready until 4PM at check in despite announcement of our arrival and on top not properly cleaned after we waited for an hour.

An exceptional location high in the hills, with breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and one of the villas we stayed in was absolutely magnificent.

Unfortunately, our five-night family stay was affected by too many organisational and communication issues: two villa changes, several hours of our holiday lost waiting, confusion over the half-board menu and an excursion price, construction overlooking our private pool, a broken main entrance door The property and views are exceptional, but in our experience, the management, communication and maintenance were not at the same standard as the resort itself.
