The location is excellent. The apartment is very central, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and everything else in Lindos, while still being quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The shared rooftop terrace is also a nice feature with a beautiful view. Just be aware that it is a shared terrace for some rooms, rather than a private one, which wasn’t immediately obvious from the listing.
The apartment was cleaned regularly, with housekeeping coming almost every day, which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and overall the apartment had a pleasant and practical setup.
The biggest problem was the check-in communication. On the morning of our flight, someone contacted me via WhatsApp saying he would be our host and meet us at a meeting point. I immediately replied with our flight and landing time, explained that we would be renting a car, gave an estimated arrival time, and asked about parking. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. After landing in Rhodes, I messaged again and tried calling several times while driving to Lindos, but there was still no response. This was quite stressful, as we had no idea how we were supposed to access the apartment. Luckily, Booking.com had previously provided me with another contact number, and that person answered and explained that it was actually self check-in, giving us the access code. We eventually got in without a problem, but the lack of communication made the arrival unnecessarily stressful. Clear instructions about self check-in before arrival would have avoided all of this.

The hotel is perfectly located among the magical streets of Lindos, while still being close to the parking area. Despite its central location, it was wonderfully quiet, with no noise from bars or clubs. We had a truly magical stay, especially thanks to the breathtaking terrace view. Everything was carefully considered, from the cleanliness and beautiful room design to all the thoughtful details provided for our comfort. We could not have asked for anything more.
Honestly, we could not find anything we disliked. Everything we needed was available—and even more.

This property is in a fantastic location as it is very close to the hustle and bustle of Lindos. A short but hilly 5 min walk takes you to St Paul’s Bay which is stunning.
This was a very small place for a family. The bathroom door was difficult to lock and the kitchen area was too small to prepare a meal .

Apartment #1: Wonderful views from the rooftop terrace,
The building was clearly designed with holiday rentals in mind. The layout is sensible, but a number of changes have since been made that are not reflected in the photos.
The water pool on the terrace has been replaced by a rather less charming 38°C hot tub — ideal for those who enjoy heavily chlorinated water and struggle to keep warm. The hot tub also seems to come with several unannounced visits each week from the pool maintenance man, who apparently has his own key.
A dining table might have been a better solution, as the benches shown in the photos on the ground floor have been replaced by beds, making it difficult for more than three people to sit together for breakfast. The lower floor is also considerably darker than the photos suggest, as the light curtains have been replaced with blackout curtains to prevent the neighbours from looking in.
There were also a few basic shortcomings: a shower curtain was missing from one of the bathrooms, the drain in the other had an unpleasant smell, and the kitchen contained little more than what had not disappeared since the property was first furnished.
There is certainly plenty to be disappointed about if you are not the type to simply shrug it off and head to the beach. On the other hand, the apartment is far too good to justify such casual maintenance and questionable changes, particularly given the price.
That said, you can certainly have a good holiday here. It is simply disappointing when you have seen the photos from when everything was still in immaculate condition.
